Hi Jeff
<br>
Firstly, the good news is that Italy RARELY disappoints. But one of the most important things is your attitude as well. So if a bus is a little late or if something is a bit off don´t let it ruin your trip. However, we work extremely hard to make sure there are NO ISSUES AT ALL! :) We revamp and improve our tours every year to make them better. If you have not see our video yet, there is some good information there http://www.touritalynow.com/video. Also, our Insider Italy Vacation Checklist is a good resource.
<br>
About your situation, you have a few options, an escorted tour, a hosted one, or a custom tour. So it´s important to vet those options well. I´ll send you an email to help make sure you are getting the right level of service.
<br>
Thanks

Hello, I'm Jeff from Queens, NY. I have to admit I'm going a little crazy looking for a competent tour company for my first trip to the home of the Renaissance. I've read many reviews of the better known tour companies and am baffled by how inconsistent they are. One person says Perillo's the best, another says it's the worst. Other complaints include: bad food and wine (in Italy, how?), hotels not centrally located, rude tour guides, poorly functioning headsets, too little or too much free time, too expensive side tours, and rushing about. If I'm going to spend thousands for an experience in historic Italy (I majored in Art history) I need to know it will live up to my reasonable expectations. I find your company intriguing because you concentrate all your time and effort on touring Italy only. You appear to genuinely love your culture and sharing it with others. I also like that you revealed your personal and family history and use your background in info. tech. to enhance your business. As a result of this I am strongly considering booking with Tour Italy Now.
