No, this is not a picture of Gelato University, this is one of the many gelateri in Italy and around the world. Wherever you live, in the U.S. or abroad, you may have noticed an uptick in new gelateria opening up. There is a boom in this Italian treat, and the enrollment figures at Gelato University in Anzola dell’Emilia, outside Bologna, prove it.
